Lead and Inspire
- Take on a leadership role and guide the direction of IJAR.
- Inspire and motivate our members to actively participate in our community.
Contribute to Strategy and Decision-Making
- Collaborate with fellow board members to develop strategies and set organizational goals.
- Make important decisions that impact the activities and initiatives of IJAR.
Collaborate and Network
- Establish connections with other student organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to foster collaborations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with university faculty and administration to advocate for the needs and rights of Jewish students.
Personal and Professional Growth
- Enhance your leadership, communication, and organizational skills through hands-on experience.

Drive Initiatives and Programs
- Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and campaigns that cater to the needs and interests of our members.
